We have developed a method to assist all of our clients through the inevitable problems encountered with running complex network systems. If your company has purchased other services from CompuFIX (UK) Ltd., we will be happy to arrange a support contract for you. We can provide three levels of support:

 Telephone Support

If you are experiencing difficulties with any systems we install, you can call our support desk for telephone support, an engineer will talk you through your problem to a resolution.

 On-Site Engineer Support

If you have a more complex installation problem, an engineer will attend your site and rectify the problem for you.

 On-Call Support

This is an upgrade to On-Site engineer support providing you with 24/7 cover.
